November update (1511) not arriving (UPDATE: Fails to install)

    Hello,

This computer specifically is the only one in my house which is not receiving the November update (Threshold 2 or version 1511, whatever you want to call it)
When checking for updates in Windows Update, it always says it's up to date.

    Any reason why this happening?
Two laptops and another desktop (that desktop got upgraded from windows 8 tot windows 10 two days ago and it already has it) did receive the November update, so this issue is not bound to my region not having the update received yet.
I upgraded this PC from windows 7 to 10 back in august, so it is has nothing to do with the 1-month-thingy (not receiving november update because you only upgraded to win10 less than a month ago)
It's running Win10 Home and not Win10 Pro, so it doesn't have that option to postpone updates.

Thank you for your time and effort.

Can't tell you why it's happening, but can provide a solution:

I thought the november update had been removed from the Media tool?

It was for a weekend and then restored by Microsoft.

Did the upgrade through Media Tool (MediaCreationTool.exe), failed at 76% (immediately after reaching the 3rd step, cofiguring settings)
PC Immediately rebooted to a black screen with "restoring your pevious Windows version..." on it.
Did so for some 10 minutes, then it rebooted normally, showing the following message.

    Roughly translated:
The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase, with an error during MIGRATE_DATA-operation.
