KB3106932 damaged Windows (Login) How to revert?

The recent KB3106932 update has damaged my Windows 10 and I cannot login because the login screen does not show up but I can go in safe mode.

How do I revert this update? Going in safe mode and selecting this update does not give me an uninstall option.
So what other solution do I have?

There was no system restore point made prior to this update so that is not a solution.
    Anything else I can do?

    Update:
Cannot remove using command prompt either and cannot install the same update over itself because the service cannot start in safe mode.

    Please help.

Are you sure there are no restore points to go back? You can press Win+X, select to open a Command Prompt (Admin) and then execute the following commands to fix Windows. Copy each line, right-click on Command Prompt window title and select Edit->Paste then press ENTER to execute.

    Dism.exe/online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
    sfc/scannow
    Dism/Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
    sfc/scannow

    Hello lolcocks, :)

You might see if using OPTION THREE in the tutorial below may allow you to uninstall the update via the command prompt.

If not, then you can do a system restore using a restore point dated before the update was installed.

    System Restore Windows 10

Afterwards, hide the update before it's installed again.
