How can I verify if the Nov 13th Update is installed?

I'm not sure whether the November major update was installed, how can I find out? Thanks

    Hello Antares, :)

You can check to see what build number you have. If you have build 10586, then you have it installed.

in the search box type winver and select the entry that appears. You can also get the info if you hold down the windows key and press R. Type winver in the run box and tap OK. If you have it installed it will say Version 1511 (OS Build 10586.3)
@Brink types faster than I do.

Thanks Brink and essenbe. I already checked the version typing "msinfo32" in the search box and running the command. Nice to know the alternative "winver" command. I can't recall now the exact build it reported, but I think it was "10240", I checked Windows Update and it reports I'm up to date, so it seems the 10586 rollout has not reached yet.

    Antares,

If you like, you could also manually upgrade to TH2 build 10586. :)

You would need to download an ISO first.

Afterwards, use step 6 in the tutorial below to upgrade with the ISO file.

Brink, from what I see that's an ISO for the whole OS. So, will this basically wipe my current drivers and installed programs, like a fresh install? Is there an ISO just for the update to the latest build?

UPDATE: I successfully updated to build 10586. All files, programs and drivers were unaltered. I had to configure privacy settings again as they were set to factory default (telemetry, etc).
