How to install regular updates bypassing Windows 10

When I open my Windows Update, the Upgrade to Windows 10 is there ready for me to download. It has a button saying "Get Started". I checked to see what available updates are ready for me and it shows I have about 8 Windows 7 updates to be installed. How do I get around the Upgrade to Windows 10 in order to only install the Windows 7 updates? I am presently holding off in the installation of Windows 10, but I do want to continue updating my Windows 7.

Somewhere below that colorful, bright and click-me-now advert for Windows 10, there is a small blue link with something like "Show details about updates" or something like that. When you hit that one, you are shown the list of usual Windows Updates to pick and install.

Thank you Joergi for your response. Yes, that is true, but when you come back to the main window to click on the Install button, there is no button, other than the Get Ready button, to activate the download and install. The main window does not show the number of updates I selected to install, only the total size of all the updates combine. Windows 10 is still on the main window, but the total amount of the updates is shown, as oppose to the total amount of Windows 10, which is somewhere in the 2.8GB area.

UPDATE! I have solved my problem. By clicking on the link that directed me to check the available updates, I noticed in the upper Left corner of the update listings, Optional & Important. Clicking on Optional, I found the Windows 10 update with the box checked. I unchecked the box and the normal windows update window came up showing only the Windows 7 updates ready to be downloaded and installed. I finally got my Windows 7 updated.
