    Pentagon,
I followed the script, but got an unsuccessful message at the end. See screenshot. Found that I had missed the format line. I used the acronis disk director 12 tool to format that partition (screenshot) but I still cannot enable the recovery partition, as in I get a cannot find message (screenshot 11).
Now, the Acronis tool shows the partition as NTFS, but the win 10 disk management tool doesn't (screenshot).
    further help?

The run command was not recognised in cmd. But I ran the rest of it, results in screenshot 12. Re-checked the previous recovery folder with the Treesize utility and there is a major change in the recovery folder - compare screenshots 6 and 13

The Recovery Partition is OK and healthy

    Run cmd

    reagentc /disable

    wait 10 seconds

    reagentc /enable

After the reagentc /disable command you should find the recovery here:
    C:\Windows\System32

You don't have to look for anything. Just type in command prompt

    dir /a /s c:\Windows\System32\winre.wim

and Windows finds it for you

This problem is only because you didn't run the format command at the right time!

But all that is very very easy to fix!

OK. The important WinRE.wim is there!
    C:\Windows\System32\Recovery
So don't panic and don't worry. We fix that.
But right now I have to leave you and I will be back in appr. 2 hours

    - - - Updated - - -

    cmd command
    diskpart
    sel disk 0
    sel par 4
    assign letter=R
    exit

    C:\Windows\System32>dir /a /s R:

You should get s.th. like this:

    Verzeichnis von R:\Recovery\WindowsRE

    03.05.2024 17:30 <DIR> .
    19.04.2024 06:57 <DIR> ..
    07.05.2022 07:19 3.170.304 boot.sdi
    03.05.2024 17:30 1.109 ReAgent.xml
    02.05.2024 23:32 756.057.087 winre.wim

    3 Datei(en), 759.228.500 Bytes

You could check with treesize also if the directory has been created

Edit: sel disk 3 insteadt of disk 0!
