That sort of thing implies that there's a possible problem with the BIOS - try resetting it to defaults
Tried to load the system default's, still nothing.
One strange thing is that when i opened regedit (thanks for DaRT 7), I saw some AMD AHCI RAID registry keys. AMD?? My computer is Intel, and I use IDE disks.
Also, IMO - the motherboard is 8 years old, so chipset is kinda working strange. When I open the system recovery it says "Possible root causes = 1
The registry is corrupt."
If you were thinking of system restore, i would say no. (Error code 0x80070020).
