The fellow wanted his computer back for the time being so I don't currently have it to go any further with the attempted upgrade. He's going to clean it up a bit and then return it to me at some point for me to try again, so I'll likely get back to this then!

@Hearsepilot - How would I uninstall the RAID driver if the disk is running in RAID? Is that possible...?
This PC seems to be from around 2012 - from the video card. Note also the small 320Gb disks. As such you may have further issues even if you successfully upgrade.
RAID or not?
Pleae post a screenshot of Disk Management or preferably of a 3rd party partition manager.

A RAID config in Win 7 should be capable of being upgraded to Win 10 in principle:

Please post a screenshot of what setupdiag.exe (mentioned above) reports even though it didn't find a match.
Note there is no guarantee whatsoever of being able to resolve an upgrade failure: you could spend many days trying.

Have you done basic integrity checks on the physical disk(s) (3rd party program) and filesystem as a matter or course?
E.g. Hard Disk Sentinel, chkdsk c: /scan from an admin command prompt?

Removing one drive from a RAID setup will break the booting and usually will require reinstalling. Got caught with that once.

Since the change, both Bree & NavyLCDR have activated Windows 10 using a Windows 7 CoA Product key.

and, by NavyLCDR, here - You have to install Windows 11 without a product key first and then activate it after it is installed - NavyLCDR post #22 - ElevenForum Bree's results & NavyLCDR's results are the same.
