Cannot Add English LIP Through Windows Update

I have tried to add English to my interface without any luck at all. Instead of the usual Windows Update it just says 'Searching Windows Update' then nothing. I have deleted English then attempted to install it again but nothing, its just the same as previously stated.

Does anyone have a fix for this? Perhaps a download link where I can download the pack without going through Windows Update?
I am running Build 10547 if that helps.

    Any help is appreciated

Build 10547 is an issue here; even if you got the EN-UK language CAB file to install it offline, it wouldn't work. The language pack CAB files at the moment are for the build 10240 and can be installed only on that build. In all later Insider builds you need to use the Windows Update route.

In the spirit of "Pic or it did not happen", here's a language pack CAB file ready to be installed in build 10240, using French in this example to get screenshots:

And the same CAB file, same language pack when trying to install it in build 10547:

The only difference in above screenshots is the Windows build. In 10547, notice the warning and disabled Next button.

One fix which should work, subject to you having the System Restore configured and restore points available is to restore the system to a point before you added English first time, then add it again and let WU download the language pack.
