    Using Portable Update

Having hard time understanding how to use this program. I have four computer in my house and on a limited data plan, have to find a good way to keep all updated. So I download the Portable update program 2.5.1, I see where it does a search on the computer and tell you what to download for updates needed. How do I get the to the other computers, all the computers have the same OS. Thanks for any advice on this, hope someone here uses this.

I have just found these for you that give a brief description of what it does . . .

    [1] > Portable Update 2.5.1
    [2] > Portable Update 2.5.1
    [3] > Portable Update 2.5.1

It appears that it downloads the WU's to a sort of cache on the source media [ USB ]. You can then update any other computer, regardless of which WU's they already have or don't have.

I will see if I can find a better site for information for you.

    I hope this helps.

    EDIT:

Here you go, detailed instructions on how to use, and how Portable Update works => Portable Update
