No, there is no drop-down or suggestion list like a Google search, but TF makes up for it by being the best.
I have to agree with you on that. This forum has often provided me accurate and timely help. A good community.

That depends entirely upon whom you ask. The answer from me, after running it for about a week now is, no it isn't. Runs just fine.

It is running just fine for me, but I do not see a great deal of new things that 1903 did not have.

So looks like you have the type @ and then the full user name and it doesn't indicate that the user name is valid or invalid before posting. Hmmm... Not very elegant compared to other forum software. But no big deal in the grand scheme of things.
There's another annoying quirk endearing feature you'll discover if you use @ to mention more than one name in a post - only one of then becomes a 'mention' when you submit the post. The trick is to edit the post, make no changes, just submit it again (and again) until all mentions are accepted. Each time you edit it, one more gets added.

Sounds like ''annoying quirk'' is best descriptor. Hey! Forum admins, you listening? ;-)

Now that I think about it, ''annoying quirk'' sometimes is a good descriptor of the thread starter...

Microsoft says that the 1909 version is "finalized" as build 18363.418 - written in this blog TH Oct. 10:

time to wait sometime in November to see how MS will deliver the upcoming 1909 release

Is there a way to delay it longer? I'm on Win Home.
I count on my CMD script to delay it indefinitely on my Windows Home, but you might prefer WAU Manager, recommended in this post: Enable or Disable Windows Update Automatic Updates in Windows 10

Is Windows 1909 considered to be buggy? I’m running Win 10 Home 1903 with all the latest patches/updates. Should I pause/delay before installing Windows 1909? I’ve heard that 1909 will likely be available with the Oct 2019 2nd Tues udates. Thx.
Hmm, that is like asking if the 2020 Fords need a tow. The Insiders are dealing with bashing them and when it comes out, we will get a package of fixes for our particular machine. A month after 1909 comes out, those who held out will be slowly pushing it out to their machines.

2 things to keep in mind regarding 19H2 (1909). One, it will be an optional cumulative update. Meaning nothing will happen all by itself, therefore nothing to block and/or delay.

Windows 10 19H2 Is Now November 2019 Update [With Leaked Release Date]

"Microsoft also announced that this update will be available as an optional update via Windows Update and will be generally available at the end of October 2019 or at the start of November 2019."

Two, although internally at MS, 18362.418 is still considered the "Base" release build, we have all received several CU's bring the build to 18362.449. Same exact level as Release Preview at 18363.449. With ONE exception. Any features and 1909 specific fixes will only be unleashed when you get the Enablement Package CU.

From another TF post: From where can I obtain the Win 10 1909 Enablement Package?

"The enablement package will be available from windows update once 1909 is released. That is how this 'feature update' will work, a method that has already been tested on Insiders."

That will turn on all the Fall 1909-19H2 elements that are currently available in Release Preview 1909, 18363.449.

All these CU's we've been getting are "seeding" the 1903 build for the 1909 release. Pre-feeding, so to speak. When the Enablement Package is cut loose to the general public on or about November 12th, that will be the 19H2 release. A switch to turn on what's already being fed to us.

IF you choose to install the CU. It will be Optional.
