Thanks everyone, I had no idea it was a Comcast related issue. Just checked win update today and it seems to be working again.
Hmmm, just checked mine a few mins ago (BT) and it’s still stalling on 0% for definition update. At least Comcast sound proactive. BT are just a money grabbing entity that don’t care a jot
Just so what I did post on their forum. If enough people start irritating them they should address it.
I'm on BT too, still can't get updates, also some PS4 games that rely on an internet interface are not working either.
I'm on BT Internet and can't get the update either. Hopefully it will be sorted over the weekend.
Windows Update is working on my end lately though it did not work this past Tuesday 1/29
