No Build Number Anymore

Still have WMP on my 10240 build. Much prefer it to the Movies & TV crap app they're trying to nudge us to use.

This is why I have the binary of 10240 in my signature

Windows Media Player and Windows Media Center are two different things. Windows Media Center was removed from Windows 10, not Windows Media Player.

To get this, which is how you see your build information, click inside the search, type winver, and click the app that shows up at the top of the search box.




That's where you'll see what version you're on. Sounds like you are on 10240 however.

Didn't realize that it was Media Center that was scrapped. Its good to know that Media Player is not going away! Thanks. ☺
