Windows 10 Build 10162 wont shut down properly
I've been using WIndows 7 for a year, but i just have decided to make a switch to Windows 10 preview, and format my C: since it was full of garbage. So i downloaded a brand new ISO from Microsoft, and put it in a USB stick and Installed Windows 10.
Everything worked out, except this. If i were to shut off my computer, it stays on. What i mean by "it stays on" is that WIndows goes off, and monitor goes off, but the fans still are working. If i choose 'hibernate', it does the same. However when i restart, it works fine. If i want to turn it off thoroughly, i have to hold the power button for 5 seconds. however it damages my HDD and SSD.
So i did a research to fix this, seems like it was 'hybrid booting(fast boot)' problem. So i turned off the function thru power management setting, and i even tweaked my registry for this. That DIDNT fix at all. I tried to fix the problem but i couldnt. I even re-installed the same build of Windows 10(re-downloaded the ISO file), that wont fix the problem at all. Seems like I'm the only one who's getting this problem over Windows 10, any thoughts?
i've read thru the forum, i couldnt solve the problem.
