Failed Update and won't go back to old build automatically ..any fix?

Unsure if anything I can do to fix this.
Had latest insider build stick at 21% other night for hours.
No option other than hard reset.

After hard reset it says trying to continue update then I get error message.
Then system reboots

Any way to fix? Can I make USB stick and install update from there ?

Edited final post. Looked lik BT folder has changed and no ESD file in there like prior versions. Unsure what to do
