I would say, see which is the Real link and which is a copy, but from experience, I know it can be dangerous deleting the wrong one.

You know, when in Win8 you can right click and remove or return an item to it's original place(at least with libraries), after something was "accidentally" dragged/dropped when moving the mouse around?

There is a bunch of reasons for this and I can't recall them all at the moment but, two of them are centered around the way content is gathered from removable devices and content 'Cast to Devices'.

You can remove the name space key as per screenshot but, export the key first just in case of negative repercussions!

Windows treats USB flash drives, including SDHC cards and what not differently than USB external physical disks.

As I said, you have to right click in an open area of the tree.

Navigation Pane 'Show all folders' - Turn On or Off in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums

    EDIT:

Sorry, I just realized that you still get the double drives even without show all folders set.

Regardless, this is intentional. It treats inserted flash drives differently than the others, and creates a top level entry for them as well as the entry in the This PC.

I believe the reason is because Windows defaults to QuickView as the default folder, and this allows the external drive to be seen when you plug it in.

I have the same problem with some USB sticks. . .especially those that are setup as OS installs.
