Windows 10 Preview Build 10158

I am finished with this build and the program. I started getting this same error again. There is no way on Earth that This build is anywhere near ready for Prime time. I have wasted way too much of the time that I have left on this. I may Upgrade to Windows 10 at a later date , but for me it is back to Windows 7.

Is your copy validated, activated & logged in via a MS account?

That is a very minor issue. If you refreshed the screen, you would see the Fix button had gone away and the "Stop insider builds" button would have replaced it. it's the same button, they just change the text. It's just a refresh issue.

So, when you were clicking the button, because it had no refreshed, you were actually clicking the "stop insider builds" button.
