Build 10130 lack of persistence in display scaling
What can I try to achieve persistent, consistent scaling in Windows 10?
Hardware: nVidia Geforce 750M, Haswell chipset, 15" touchscreen display (3400x1800 IGZO)
Symptoms: When I power up my computer it displays a 1:1 scaling, which means the text is (for me) nearly unreadable. I can open up System Settings --> Display, where the scaling bar reads 300% even though the display is clearly showing 100%. If I slide the scaling bar to 200%, a popup tells me this is the recommended scaling for this display. I then click apply and another popup advises me to sign out and sign back in. If I make that mistake, scaling returns to 100% and I'm back at square one.
