Actually, they know about it. It's in the release notes for 14946, which most people read after they've downloaded and clicked Restart!

    • If you have 3rd party antivirus products such as Bitdefender, Kaspersky Antivirus, F-Secure Antivirus and Malwarebytes installed on your PC – your PC might not be able to complete the update to this build and roll-back to the previous build.
    • Larger Windows Store games such as ReCore, Gears of War 4, Forza Horizon 3, Killer Instinct and Rise of the Tomb Raider may fail to launch.

      And in Shawn's post...

14946 came aboard today and started downloading.

Sat at 93% for 6 hours.

My download speed? Supposed to be 70Mbps but I gave up.

MWB still not working with build 14955

After having several crash with the last build i restored an erlier build from a backup. after trying to install build 14955 again i found i still had to disable malware bytes to get this update to install. a have a 2 year licence for malware bytes on 5 machines. Are microsoft planning to expect users to just trust Defender?

This is a Beta version of software. I don't know, but maybe you only have Insider on one machine. All the rules of being a part of the Insider Program still apply, whether you have licensed software installed or not. The free installation of Malwarebytes works just fine (uninstall it, reinstall it, don't activate it). Defender does a decent job. This is testing, and with testing comes accepting some things will break or work differently. You chose to be an Insider, and you chose to install a license copy of your software. All the choices were yours. These issues will clear up before a new public build is released. I understand your frustration, but it comes with the territory. Again, your choice.
