I can't even find Feedback in build 10130. Used to be able to enter windows feedback in the start menu and get there. No longer. You end up with Bing search which is just plain stupid. If I click on Mystuf I get a window with

    Feedback Settings
Check for Solutions to problems reported
    View archived messages
    View solutions to problems

No where do I see a way to give feedback.

Never mind. All Apps, Windows Feedback.

... and I have to sign in with my MS account, booo. I much prefer a local account for normal daily use.

Are any of you running 3rd party anti-virus? Often that can be the culprit in situations like this...

It seems to come and go. I don't always get the error. I did the reg hack and when it does pop up it closes so fast you would miss it if you blinked.

I have this problem too after a fresh install of Windows 10(10130), but it only occurs AFTER I install the latest Nvidia WHQL Drivers: 352.84-desktop-win10-64bit-international-whql
Prior to installing the Nvidia Drivers, 10 works as expected (no errors)during reboots.

I'm going to downgrade to the previous Nvidia Beta drivers to see if it fixes the issue.
