No, the drivers for the Intel G31/G33 onboard graphics just work perfectly for the traditional Windows, and fail miserably with modern Windows as before.
My new ASUS Nvidia GeForce GT 710-2-SL arrived today and works with everything, noticeably snappier rendering webpages, like weather radar graphics. Unlike with the GT 9500, Windows 10 did not recognise the new card, and used the generic Microsoft Basic Adapter, until I told it to find a better driver, which it found from Windows Update.
