    Build 10130 killed my sound.....But

    Worked perfectly ....had to change both for speakers and headphones. But Tada....my sound is back!!!

    It's always been an issue with Sound Blaster hardware, as far back as Windows 95... Sound Blaster Drivers have always been very sensitive to OS upgrades and need to be re-installed. I don't know why, but it's just always been the case with Sound Blasters.

    It seems (at least on mine) that for whatever reason they've limited the sound bitrate to 16 and you can't go higher. II hope this is fixed.

    Might be a sound blaster issue as mine is set at 24 bits 48000 studio quality and working great. I am using the Realtek HD Audio Manager to set the sound quality.

    I have the IDT High Definition Audio and had to set the bitrate to 16 for the sound to work.
