Some questions about W10 insider build 14393

Hello, I'd like to ask something.

    1. Will I lose those KB small builds after reset PC?
    2. If it lose will I able to get those KB again?

I've to ask this to make sure If I'm still on 14383.67 even after reset this PC.
I've been software testing & testing bash around too much & start getting mess.
& sometimes I want to do some spring cleaning once a week or per build.

Firtsly 14393 is the official version now.

Upgrade to it by downloading iso, double click on it and run setup.exe.

You can then elect to leave or stay in the Insider Programme.

without lose those Windows version 1607 patches on 14393 build
or able to re-download those patches from update after reset PC.

Once you reset the PC, it will do the cumulative updates again.

Actually reset my pc is quite clever - it keeps all updates except those installed within last 30 days (10 now?). However as 14393 is new, it will redownload the updates. As the biggest patch is always the cumulative patch, and that gets downloaded each time usually, it does not make much difference really.
