no sir, the test doesn't display correctly, it overlaps each other
I just downloaded the latest iso, I am going to do a clean install and see what happens

okay, fresh new install - here is what the text looks like in my apps

Is that a screenshot? Or taken from a camera? What video card do you have? Are you installing any third party drivers?

it's a screenshot.. I just have Intel Integrated graphics it's a 3 year old, store bought, HP computer...

And this does not happen in previous versions of Windows, correct? I'm trying to rule out a hardware problem.

no sir... everything worked fine in windows 7, 8, and 8.1

on the windows 10 insider feedback site, there are several people with this problem, I wish that they would join this forum, there may be someone who has figured this out

This might be a long shot.. but since this seems to survive reinstalls, maybe its's something in your synced settings.. you could try deleting them.
