Build 10074 runs great on my PC, as have all the previous Builds I've tried out. Sure, there have been a few annoying bugs to work around, but I expect that with test software. So when I read about the problems other posters are having it makes me wonder why I haven't experienced anything like that. As it stands now, I will definitely install the final version of W10, when it is released to the general public.

Yes, it's not installing the new drivers you don't want. This is the situation you want. Why are you trying to "fix" it?
But why are this drivers being send by MS for the updates? if all other drivers are installed and don't show at ''control Panel
Install and Uninstall software'',after i uninstalled SMBus Synaptic drivers the only thing i have now there is Google chrome that i installed myself.

Differences in hardware, 3rd party software, and most likely what tweaks a user makes to his/her system. For me 9926 ran best, while every one else had problems with Store beta, it ran for me, also I was able to run SFC & DISM from the system and didn't need to run it through my install media like others.

I've run that build 9926 for awhile just by updating and it run great too, except the google chrome printing situation, where i could print from Note Pad and testing page, but not from the web,i did not try it yet with this build, which was installed from a ISO.

Why is it necessary to do any tweaking? This is something that for some reason escape me. And yes I do realize that there must be hundreds of different system mods out in the wilds of the world of computers, albeit still do not see the need to tweak every little thing just to see if you can get an extra gig of memory , speed, a GB of disk space, etc.

@Lee Some things are better unknown. I look at it this way.. if anyone teaks the OS and it doesn't work then maybe the person really shouldn't be tweaking the OS to begin with.

Hi Cliff. Thanks for your reply. My best guess is it is probably hardware related. Or with the software than runs the hardware.

I was trying to use spartan and had to put it aside for a while. I installed FF and as soon as I did, a message popped up from MS? feedback and asked me why I installed FF. The feedback was typical multiple choice and a couple of narrative type questions. It was almost immediate.
