My only objection to moving everything into PC Setting is UAC must be enabled. I prefer to run with UAC off but I have to switch back and forth now.
Let me use PC Setting with UAC disabled and I'd be fairly content with it.
Remember, this is a personal reference. Everyone has them, this is mine.

I tried to match my Start Menu color with my navigation pane and I can't anymore!
The whole themes area is mucked up. You cannot change the colors of the individual areas in the high contrast themes any more. I assume that this is a bug.
I think there is a bug in the whole color arena. In the high contrast themes you cannot set any colors at all.
K, little off topic here but I just 'upgraded' to 10102 and everything is working, except People app; it let me add one contact then it coughed out on me.
Cortana - full visuals, full audio, kept all settings and files, etc.!
Running 10074 on one old hacked computer with a clean install , works great, some features of Spartan still not up to scratch: No backgrounds, cannot drag and drop tabs to create new windows ...all available in Chrome. Otherwise works well, updated all items on computer to latest drivers, automatically.
Tried to install on my new build lan party rig over W7 and failed to install with an infinite reboot problem...see separate post.
Just noticed an oddity, Recycle bin shows as it has something in it even when empty. As soon as boot is finished it shows full, click on it and it reverts back to empty icon.
