    No option to enable bash

I'm running Windows 10 Education version. I am on windows insider build: th2_release_sec 10586.

I haven't received the relevant update where `enable subsystem for linux` or whatever it is appears under the `turn windows features on or off` tab. I moved the slider on the windows update page all the way to the right in hopes that i would deliver the update needed to get bash.

any ideas? any more info needed? thanks.
