    Slow ring build update 14366

I have read on this site about an update available on the slow ring to build 14366 but I am not recieving it, should I be worried?
When I run the "check for updates" it always tells me Im up to date.
I tried restarting the update service, gave the same story
I use ESET antivirus so I dont update WD. I just tried to pause the protection of ESET and update WD (thinking that was the problem. On the update in settings the download of the WD definitions update just stands at 0%. I tried enabling ESET, opening WD and updating WD that way, it downloads the definitions and then after it has tried to install it returns the error that it cannot update. I tried it several times, same message each time.
I run the winver command and the build that I have (14243) expires on 1 July 2016.
Is it possible that build 14366 hasnt reached South Africa (where I live) yet?

14379 (now) is inoy avalable of Fast Ring. 14366 can be installed by downloading the iso, double clicking on it and running setup.exe.
