Windows Search and Cortana broken? Build 14332

Hi, whenever i click on the "ask me anything" or the microphone or even type into the startmenu, the search does not work at all. no error code, just does nothing. I have been on contact support 3 times. they couldnt fix it and they are unable to escalate it to tier 2 because i would have to pay or because i am on an insider build. Things I have tried:

    1. A really long powershell command that i dont remember the exact one
    2. Restart
    3. Rolling back
    4. Making a new user
    5. Using commands through command prompt
    6. a clean upgrade
    7. Disable and uninstall anti virus

If somebody can fix the problem they would be a legend to me!

You may not like my suggestions :

    1. Use this tutorial to convert the ESD file to an ISO.
ESD to ISO - Create Bootable ISO from Windows 10 ESD File

    2. Assuming your 14332 is activated....................
Use the iso file and do a Repair Install
Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade

Repair Install will allow you to keep your files, settings and apps.
    No product key is required.
    Activation is automatic.

    Tried both, no success.

I have partly the same problem in 10586, the part with Cortana. I found that it is gone when I connect my headset to my laptop.

The powershell command below will fix everything (I had the same problem).

    Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
