14328 - constant flashing loading circle next to mouse cursor

here's my stuff in performance tab of task manager


cpu ~12-14% ~4.14-4.17 ghz

memory 4.5/16 GB (28%)

ssd 0-1%

ethernet s:0 r:0-8 kbps

it says my up time is over 22 hours but I turned it off last night so that is the only thing I"d consider abnormal but that could also just be cause beta

if it's happening to everyone then no big deal everything seems to be fine but if it's just me please help me figure it out in case it's slowly setting my computer on fire tyvm

In task manager, processes tab, is anything peaking near 100% when the issue is occurring?

not that I could tell but anyway I upgraded to 14332 and my desktop's black after making it to at least 92% last night and my phone is barely working so I will be going back to stable I don't wanna help msoft anymore lol I might even go mac

good news hitting the reset button actually worked, now I'm gonna download if I can even find it whatever the latest non-preview iso is for win10 and usually I can just double click the iso and do it right from my computer idk why people say you need usb drives or cd's lol hopefully downgrading will work cause I ain't buying no dumb stuff if msoft doesn't wanna buy me a usb drive or a cd drive and this messes up I'm just going mac I've been with windows since day one and they've never helped me and now they want my help and my money lol no, no no no no no no no, anyway brb I hope this works casue I really don't wanna go mac

literally about to use the upgrade from 7/8 Windows 10 to downgrade from insider to stable lol I am so pro that I can't stand having an operating system that I could do so much better than

just checked 14332 literally has the exact same problems as the last build what was even the point of this update
