What do you mean by "reset my pc " ?

IF you have issues with your current operating system and you are hoping installing Insider Preview will rectify them, then my answer will be ....................... probably not.

If I misunderstand you, my apology. Please correct me.

I personally would not use insider builds on your main pc. They can be buggy.

What i mean is, will it reinstall windows 10? Or will it just act like an upgrade?

    None of the above.
Windows 10 Insider Preview build is a separate entity.
It will run just like a Windows 10 RTM version but with some features NOT available to Windows 10 RTM.
However, those features may have bugs or glitches and Microsoft wants the insiders to test them out.

It will be just like an upgrade.. you'll get new features and everything else will stay the same.

Make sure to make a backup before you do so in case of issues you can easily roll back.
