WP SYNC CLIENT killing my sleep.

Hiya.

Every sleep study I run on my laptop, I get WP SYNC CLIENT. This is a fairly new machine, nice clean image.

What I've done:

I have no windows phone. the Phone apps uninstalled.
Onedrive is turned off and not syncing.
Most background tasks disabled.

Google search refers to "possibly" onedrive or win phone, neither of which are installed.

I can't find any services with similar names.

Others have had similar issues with no real answers. Anyone here?

I posted in insider area because that's the build I'm currently using, but not where I first noticed it.
