Update stuck
My windows update has stuck on "preparing to install updates" at 27% for a few days. Am on the fast ring. How do I 'unstick' it or restart the process ?

See if a simple restart of the computer may help.
If not, then you could see if resetting Windows Update may.

fixed it :) logged into another profile and did "check for updates" which re-did the whole process :)
