    Windows 10 impressions? Build 10586.26

    Hey guys,

So how do you like the build 10586.26?

    What are your general impressions?

The issues I noticed on earlier versions of win 10 seem ironed out and everything Is working ok.

What do you guys think about it?

10586.29 working well for me other than Bluetooth button lit when it shouldn't be.

I know this is the Windows Insider forum but my released version at .29 is just fine. I've been too busy with other peoples' computers to fire up my Insider computer and get the latest.

I like Windows 10 so far, but I am growing weary of the Store integration, apps and the 'bloat' that comes with them.
It's kinda like the novelty is wearing off!

I have a gripe with the network problems created from 1511 on. Linux based NAS just don't show in discovery and shares for other win 10 comps can show erratically. There are protocol mismatches.

Yeah I wonder whats going on with that.

The obvious is Microsoft does not have a business focus on developing apps other than their own office products (which rock.) and generally improving the win10 experience. Which is something im pretty sure they will try to monetize in the near future...

The next issue is how to get app developers from Android and Apple to Microsoft platforms. The other two are much much more financially lucrative at the moment, but I'm sure once the first issue is out of the way we will see stuff there too.

So In my opinion its a question of business focus. Which in ICT is very tricky provided you noticed the mini computers which evolved from the early era media players. Did you notice that? :)

Main direction seems to be to integrate with portable devices, cell phones included. Store is supposed to be integrated for all devices too. I just switched to W10 phone (Lumia 640) and as soon as I set it to same MS account most of the stuff got synced with my main desktop. Now I'm going to see what else could be compatible.
