    persistent restarts and can't get to Insider troubleshooter


    I am running 19536.rs_prerelease.191211-1446, and I have gotten, persistent restarts, when logged off, and occasionally, when I am working with it. I know we are doing the beta thing, but I can't get to the Insider troubleshooter. What do I need to check, and what other info do I need to give you something to look at?
