Insider "Fix Me' now showing "RESTART"

Accidently I clicked on the stop Previews and now the "Fix Me" button shows "you will continue to receive Previews until you restart" and the button now shows "Restart". I have restarted many many times and nothing changes with it. Now I am not receiving "Preview" updates for example the new 11082 is not detected and it picked the new update to standard Windows 10 instead. I have tried everything I can find so far with no success as how to get it back to being able to received Insider Previews as I have for over 11 months.

    Thanks for any help.
