Three finger gestures in build 9879

I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop that I bought in January with an ELAN trackpad. There are propietary ELAN three-finger gestures that work but no 9879 gestures. I can't find an option to enable this in PC Settings. Where can I find these gesture settings?

EDIT: pc settings looks like this:

    Hi,
You might need to re-download the touchpad utility :/
I wouldn't expect a whole lot would be compatible with win-10 touchpad wise ?
Touchpad setting is ordinarily a totally separate section in mouse properties which I'm sure your aware of,
Does any touchpad setting appear something tells me no from your limited image
Have you used a mouse on this lappy ?
What brand and model if so ?

    Hi,

This is all the mouse and touchpad settings shows in PC Settings. There is nothing else under that section. This is a fairly new laptop - released in June 2013. I have used a mouse (a generic crappy Targus) but at the time I took the screenshot (about two hours ago) I was only using the touchpad and there was no mouse attached. Also I don't want to go through the trouble of reinstalling touchpad drivers, for fear that something will mess up.

That's all I see on my ASUS laptop. With the basic Windows driver I can point and click on my touch pad but that's it. No 2 finger scroll or any of the other fancy stuff. Not until I install the ASUS Smart Gesture Utility. Once I do that I get all the other 2 and 3 finger gestures. I know why your asking though, there was talk of 3 finger gestures and such being backed into Windows 10. If they are there I haven't found them or how to turn them on.

    Hi,
I wouldn't doubt most of that talk was about touch screens and not touchpads ?
Without the driver you have no chance of getting the features
If it fails to load I'm sure you'll gat a incompatibility alert,
Make a system image before incase things go badly
    Cheers.

What trouble is it to go to the Support Downloads webpage for your model Lenovo and install the 8.1 drivers for the Touchpad? This is obviously needed for the kind of gestures you want. I have a G500 and the touchpad software works fine in 10, although I mainly tell it to disable when a USB mouse is detected. But I still want it in case I need to scroll from the touchpad which is a feature that hardly any touchpad supports without the Touchpad software package.

@ gregrocker. I did the same thing as the OP. There was a rumor that this gesture support may be included in the next build. I did a quick hunt for any settings for it and when I couldn't find them I installed the ASUS Smart Gesture Utility. I didn't want to install it if they were already there and end up with conflicts.
