cannot update my 10565 build

I cannot update my 10565 build (tried several times in the last days) and , windows update says my system is updated, as i am using the same account of my RTM system, but different system images; could this be the reason?

Thank you very much Billy, very useful, every time i restore using a system image updates disappear, this file is going to solve this problem.
I've got the updated build today.

Hi Billy, I used the WU reset but it didn't work, after a recovery from a saved system image i unblocked and run as admin the .bat file but in update history it say there are not updates installed yet.
FYI i am running the RTM (build 10240).
