That is a little silly to show a build to the press that not going to be released.
They show many builds to the press. They're showing features, not that this particular build will be released. A build is a daily collection of code changes, which changes on a regular basis. They only release a build when they feel it is stable enough, and has the right set of features they want released.

Remember how many builds were shown over the last year? quite a few.

I would echo Mystere's comments. The two we are playing with, are consolidated releases. They are so called builds, in order, I would guess, to keep the sequence rolling.
But inside the MS walls, you would find many builds being written, at the same time, each dedicated to different aspects. I am sure that we will have to wait until MS feel confident enough to out them together again for us, before, if ever, we see another update to play with.

All i'm saying is.. don't read too much into the fact that Microsoft showed a build to the press... That's not an indication that whatever build that is will be coming our way, unless they specifically say it will be released.

Now, of course they COULD release that build, i'm just saying the fact they presented it is not an indication they will.

I you want to follow build progress, see here: https://buildfeed.net/

The ones labeled "Flight Level: Low" are most likely to be released.

We thus assume then 9880 will be next.

    same here.
i have been experiencing some hanging issues when using file explorer lately. have you also or is this just me

i want them to re design the notification bar. seems very unfinished and basic. also when you have a notification it can be not that easy to see that you have a notification, they should make this more obvious
