Well the real problem here is that MS released the RTM when it was not ready and was not really feature complete. Instead of improving the RTM, MS comes out with all of these new builds that in reality have more issues than the RTM. They will not even provide and ISO foe each build. It has been my experience that with each new build comes more problems such as oversized context menus, blurred fonts, BSODS and the list goes on. Maybe for new PC's with SSD'd this boot issue I was having is not there, but my PC works just fine using the RTM. This build 10565 was the last one my PC will see until the upgrade to the RTM and then Redstone.
Gary, did you do a clean install with this release? I'm sure you did but just thought I would ask.

When my machine boost build 10565 I see the MS logo and the spinning Dots then the screen goes black then the same logo and dots appear for awhile and then a blue screen with dots and finally the Lock screen appears. This is taking quite some time. Is any one else having this Issue?
    Dual booting or no ?

I have 2 PC's with RTM only on them and this dual boot RTM/10565 box ,this one takes longer to cold boot or re start like it has on all the test builds even when I was dual booting 7 x64 and Win 10 test builds even if I set it for no password log in and immediatly select which OS to boot to. OTOH its still faster to useability than Win 7 used to be .

Sometines on this dual boot box I get the prolonged blue spinning wheel ,sometimes not probably depends on what Windows is configuring on cold boot or re start .

No not dual boot but I did a re install of build 10565 and this time removed Avast and not only was the two step stutter step Boot up still there, the boot time was longer. I reported this to MS along with the fact that system restore comes disabled by default. I am back on the RTM probably for good.

Sometimes 10565 boots much faster than other time here it varies OTOH it's useable faster than win 7 was .
The slow starts are far less often than the faster starts here .

My machine can handle any Windows 10 build that is not full of bugs. All of the build prior to 10565 worked fine, the RTM works fine.

I have a similar problem with this build. When my notebook (Dell XPS 11) is in sleep mode, I can't wake up, I do a soft reset. I see the Dell logo and when the windows boot must be coming, the screen is and remains black. The only solution is resset windows to default. Now I reinstall win10 without the insider builds.

Sorry for my bad english... I come from germany.
