Will Insider builds make it into the RTM Build 10240 that was released. As Updates. Not sure how this is working?

Windows 10 will be getting an update in November which will come through Windows Update.

Current insider build is 10547, you have to enable insider builds in settings app before you can update to them.

Personally speaking, I would not use an insider build on your main machine.
