I think it may already be on since I haven't run into any prompts for it up until now. I've been on YouTube as well as a few other places where videos have been playing normally while in 7 I would have seen at least one prompt immediately following any clean install.

Try another Browser maybe Firefox or Cyberfox. I only ever used IE to download a different Browser. Edge is really still in an Alpha stage.

I would say you have scramble-a-tron there! I tend to doubt that anything like Flash Player if not Silverlight is even ready for 10 let alone Edge being a new platform for a web browser. It's set as the default by MS to "insure" people are going to have to try it out when upgrading to 10 but not actually ready for what people will be expecting.

This is why in one post I had commented that Edge was still very much in it's own infancy and has a lot of growing to do. You could almost liken it to how 8 brought in Metro while stripping the Start menu by how MS is thrusting things at you without them even being readied for general use. The general public is now the beta testers. This is why I mentioned giving them a good earful with the Windows Feedback option since this is what MS is waiting for.
I did send the complaint (really not complaining...its free, I shouldn't complain) on to MS. We'll see what they have to say. Thanks for the feedback Hawk

    You're welcome! AFTommy

If I could run one of the newer Insider builds on the second desktop here along with the existing W10 10240 / dual boot there since the drive 7 was restored to was split in two before adding on an external drive I would run each of these newer developer builds there for comparison and feedback. So far however I have been keeping both desktops running dual boots running quite well not making the changes.

Unfortunately I can't get the 10 install to connect wirelessly and 7 to connect through the Cat 5 ethernet cable direct to the modem having 7 connecting through the router even with the usb WiFi adapter removed. So I end up keeping 7 there set as the default OS for being able to move the mini case around at any time if needed.

It likely works in everything else but Edge as I can imagine. But this is how MS decided to introduce something that wasn't even hlalf finished which also tells me 10 is still in a form of RC not final stage at least until the end of next July and we the freebie runners of 10 are simply the guinea pigs for testing the preliminary builds anyways!
