Form now on, as long as your W10 system has been activated by the initial upgrade, you ONLY install W10 now. (and you can clean install over and over again, no key needed.)

    No problem.
You can take the option to format during the clean install or not - makes no difference at this point. You must be sure when it asks, to DO NOT KEEP APPS OR FILES. This is how you get a clean install. Formatting will doubly ensure a clean install, so maybe you will want to do that, as @Wynona suggests.

Grab your ISO here to get started:

You can burn to DVD or create a bootable USB using RUFUS.
    Good enough. Message received.

I thank you again and have a very good night!!!

    UPDATE: Hi Simrick

I just reinstalled W10 tonight and I forgot to not choose to keep apps or files... so I did not do a clean install... if it's worth doing it tomorrow I'll do it... the result is that I am now at version 10547 and I can send my comments with the app Comments and I can get the updates of the Insider builds.

The bad side of all this is that I cannot recover my drivers previously saved with Drivers Magician... it cannot find it so I'm back with a very low resolution and only one monitor... I'll try to fix that tomorrow after a good night sleep.

The original problem is therefore solved. Thank you again!

Celine, you're back on the right track, at least! You have the latest build, which was released Friday mid-day or so! And now you wait to see if the next build will come to you.

yessss back on track!!! I'm pretty sure it will update... my problem now is that it doesn't detect my second monitor and it did before.

Have you tried Settings>Display and tell it to Identify and/or detect?

Also, under Multiple Displays, tell it to Extend?

Microsoft has a way of changing our settings with its updates.

Oh, and you may also have to "install" the missing one, using its driver CD/DVD.

I don't recall that being said. Microsoft may be selective with new applicants to the Insider Program, but I don't think that will be the case either. Just after Build 10240 went RTM/GA, I joined the Insider Program with my pen name (on another computer) and was immediately accepted.

I do recall that all Insiders have the option to stay in or opt out of the Insider Program. Microsoft isn't going to throw any of us out.

    Hi Céline,
That's good news! If everything seems to be working fine, then perhaps you can skip a clean install for now.

If you did *not* select "don't keep apps and files", then your drivers backup should be there (if you saved them to your OS drive). If you saved them to an external drive, you need to plug it in. You can search for a folder called Drivers Backup, and inside there will be all the drivers that you selected to backup. Then you go to Device Manager, select your Display Adapter, click Update Driver Software, select Browse my computer for driver software, click Browse, and tell it to look in the Drivers Backup folder.
