    OOps Update Install 10532 Gone

Florida being what it is and afternoon thunderstorms being what they are we had a power outage, brief as it was, it was in the middle of the 10532 update install. Now I have no "Edge" (wont go on net to any page) and Windows Update says it cant connect to download updates although I have two other browsers (Mozilla and Chrome) that connect just fine.
Is there a way I can force download 10532 without going thru the "Windows Update" normal route?

You could run sfc /scannow at an administrator command prompt to see if that puts things back in order. If it finds errors it's unable to fix, run it 2 or 3 times total. If that doesn't work, you could try a refresh/reset of the OS. You really want things to be in order before you update; any problems could just carry over.
