I may add that this was installed 4 weeks ago, of which it was activated, I haven't been on it since, today I loaded up and got an update, it installed fine and restarted, now it says I'm not registered, I have noticed that my build wasn't 10240 before, so I'm guessing that it's switched me to the RTM with the blocked key (for 10240) and now it says I'm not activated.
Those "general" keys have been blocked, wait a bit, if insider program is to survive, they'll have to unblock them.
I'm getting a callback from MS customer support, hopefully I should have an activated or at least reverted back to insider preview version of windows 10 soon.

I'm running 8.1 with an Nvidia GeForce 7300 graphics card. The Windows 10 uploader popped up about 3 weeks ago, and said that my computer was "good to go" for Windows 10, it would download the upgrade, and tell me when it was ready.
On Monday it downloaded the Windows 10 upgrade, all 4GB's of it. This morning, it changed it's mind, saying that "the manufacturer of my graphics card has not made it compatible with Windows 10", and refuses to upgrade. It seems that Nvidia gave up supporting some older cards a few months ago. Microsoft seem to have been supplying drivers during the testing period, but without updated Nvidia drivers they will not let a production version of Windows 10 run on these old cards. I've been asking on the Nvidia and Microsoft forums if there is any chance of Windows 10 drivers, but I don't hold much hope.
Think it's time to buy a new graphics card.

I think I might have found something, I checked windows update advanced settings and the insider builds wasn't enrolled anymore, I changed it to receive insider builds and it restarted, but it still says not activated.
I've spoken to help desk and they want me to buy a windows 7 key and upgrade to windows 8.1 and then upgrade to windows 10 from there, that's a little suspicious to me, I told the lady that I already have windows 7 and I wanted to keep windows 10 separate from windows 7 and she said I'll have to buy a new key for each instance of windows, I told her that I wanted to revert back to the insider preview and to do that I need to fresh install windows 10 and pay for a key to do so (£189 to do that), needless to say, this has been frustrating.

I'd say give it a few days to see if you may activate.
If not, then reinstall and active your Windows 7. When finished, reserve your free Windows 10 upgrade offer, then upgrade to Windows 10 when you get a notice it's ready.
Hello, this morning I received a notice that Windows 10 has started to download on my desktop. I do not want to install it now. How can I burn it to a ISO file (DVD) for a later installation? My current OS is Windows 7 Ultimate.
