Let's go backward again slowly. The actual Home version of Win Ten that you run is the result of Win 8.1 upgrade or you did a clean install over it?

You have 2 monitors? Which one is the laptop? Intel?
I have only one monitor: a laptop
The actual Home version is the result of Win 8.1 upgrade
thanks!
OK
When you right click on the desktop, do you see Graphics Properties? If yes, does it open Intel Graphics and Media Player Control Panel?
one option is "Graphics Properties..."
the other is "Graphics Options"
If I click the first one I get a dialog titled "Intel HD Graphics Control Panel". I don't see any Media Player Control Panel
Perfect! You don't have nothing to worry about graphic driver. Now, there is the BIOS update. Would you be able (using a USB key) to build an ISO Image of Win Ten Home Version and clean install it?
Forum admin gave us a link to update Windows 10 drivers. Take a look (previous post) if there is something for you.
Update Windows Drivers
do you mean to reinstall everything at my computer, that means that then I have to reinstall the MS Office, Adobe, etc. ?
