See screenshot to open it in admin mode. Let the process work alone. It takes lots of time.

Your model is compatible with Win Ten (its in the list). Go there to see if they have something for you under Download Toshiba drivers for win 10:
    Toshiba : Windows 10 Upgrade

But for the moment its the terminal command I want you to do and nothing else.

ok, I scanned as you requested and the result is:

Let's make sure that you update the BIOS the right way. Install CPU-Z to see your motherboard model under the Mainboard page. Show us the Mainboard Page.
Surprisingly the terminal command didn't find anything. Now you have to check if you run proper drivers. I gave you a link in my last post that seems to be an automatic check up (Toshiba web site). Did you try that link?
    CPU-Z | Softwares | CPUID
CPU-Z will give you the finger print of your motherboard and from there will know what to do. Take good note that the SKU shown above refers to the P55 model which is not your laptop.

This is the manufacturer of your machine. The best place to be.

Your model is on the list of Win Ten compatibility:

to my surprise it is not listed in those compatible with W10, but in that same page it says:
Supported models for upgrade to Windows 10
Please check here for more information about whether your model has all updated software ready for your upgrade
I went there, added my model and the following page is the following I could not add the link, so here is the image

You have nothing for Win Ten ? If not show us CPU-Z Mainboard Page. Win 8.1 upgrade won't help.
