Rollback to Insider Preview from 20286 Dev Insider

I realize when I choose to install the new Dev channel of Insider Preview that I probably can’t return to the regular Insider Preview channel. However, I have been experiencing problems such as Bad Flickering of some open Windows. Mainly Task manager and clicking to open Excel spreadsheets etc. I have Installed the latest Nvidia update to my GTX 1070 graphics card.
I tried Installing an old M. Reflect Insider Image. This was successful. However, when I tried to update to the latest Insider I was only allowed to update to the Dev. 20286 edition. I suspect that there is a Registry setting that has been set to prevent going back to the regular Insider channel. Or, possibly Microsoft has set my computer to only accept the new Dev channel.
Is there a way to go back to the normal Insider Preview?

Don't think there's a "normal" channel, these are the current offerings:

Dev was renamed from the Fast Ring, Beta was renamed from the Slow Ring. Haven't paid much attention to the Release Preview, both of my IP computers are now on Dev.

    Thanks

Was thinking about may be using the Media Creation Tool to install a new W10 and then switch to Normal Insider.

I've never seen a "Normal Insider", if you use the generally-available MCT you'll get the current released or RTM version but may need a Product Key unless your computer had Win10 activated before joining the Insider Preview.

I had a Activation key for years for Windows 10 Pro and Insider.
