Need bat file command with a dual boot sys using checkdsk

I have a system that has 2 ssd’s: one with Win 10 pro Insider Preview (latest ver) the other with Win 10 pro ver 20H2. I use Easy BCD to set the Insider as the default startup upon boot. I use a bat file to run SFC and Chkdsk one after the other from the 20H2 Windows.
My problem is that Chkdsk when starting after entering the Y to reboot boots into the default Insider. What code can I use in a bat file to have Chkdsk run on the SSD with W10 20H2. I know that Chkdsk has to run on a unmourned disk.
    Thanks for any thoughts.

I would change it to default boot to the 20H2, then change it back later. How often do you have to do chkdsk?

I run chkdsk every 2 weeks or so.

For a task only run every 2 weeks, a manual altering of your batch file is probably the smartest thing to do. Unless there's more to this, it's not really worth it to automate a very seldom used task.

IIRC, it's really easy to change the default OS with EasyBCD - no manual file editing required.

Can't get any more native Windows than MSCONFIG.

Thanks for the reminder. I've used it so rarely I forget and everyone was referring to editing files
