Looks like 681 might be messing with the Network adapters panel. If you open ncpa.cpl and try to make a change such as disabling the adapter, it will close without making changes.
Relief...;) I thought I had inadvertently done something to cause this behavior--yes, indeed, I've noticed this and some other GUI issues wherein the active window stays behind an inactive window when it should come to front when opened...

what "warz"? You do realize that we are a different person right? The one that I'm talking about is the legit way, no warz involved.
Whoops! I went back and edited my post so it doesn't reflect on you. I haven't a clue as to how or why that happened.

You can active Win 10 by using generic preview key and ran KMSpico (KMS server emulator, give you 180days). But I'm sure that the "warez" software didn't break thing because I just reinstalled windows without activation(clean, format all HDD), update to KB3074681 and hell thing start to break again. So here's the workaround: disable WU until MS fix their buggy patch.
Update: Seem like KB3073930 will do the job, I will try it later
I just looked up KMSPico and thanks, but no thanks! I will activate my operating systems the old fashioned way by using the key Microsoft provides.
