This how my "Mail live tile" looks like! It refreshes when there is a new mail.

That's how mine looks, except it only very sporadically reflects changes (new mail received, received mail read, etc.) Right now it's showing a '2' for the 2 new messages I received hours ago, along with the header of one of those 2 messages. Those messages have been read and moved to an archival folder, and I've received several new messages since then, but the tile has not changed. Once in a while, out of the blue, it might decide to update, but it is nothing I would ever rely on.

Yes, dull blue & grey now, but I never noticed until you pointed it out.

I let MS know that is was darn near impossible for someone color blind to see the difference. I was glad when I saw they finally changed it. I would like to see the pie return.
